Trip types
What we are called for, most days.
If it is a medical trip and it is not an emergency, it is ours. If we cannot take it, we will tell you on the first call.
Doctor's appointments
Primary care, specialists, imaging, labs, and post-operative follow-ups. Book ahead or the same day. Pickup is timed backwards from the appointment, with buffer for traffic and loading.
- Round trip or one way
- Wait-and-return available for short visits
- Companion or caregiver may ride along
Dialysis treatment
Recurring schedules are held on file so the trip does not need to be rebooked each week. Return legs are planned before treatment ends, so nobody waits in a lobby after a session.
- Standing weekly schedules
- Same driver where routing allows
- Post-treatment comfort accounted for in the unit assignment
Behavioral health
Transport to counseling, group programs, intake, and treatment. Drivers are trained in de-escalation, seizure response, and mental illness awareness, and the trip is kept quiet and unhurried.
- Trained, background-checked drivers
- Discreet, unmarked options on request
- Coordination with case managers and programs
Facility transfers and discharges
Hospital to skilled nursing, facility to home, facility to facility. We coordinate with the floor so the unit arrives when the patient is actually ready to move — not an hour before.
- Discharge-time confirmation with nursing staff
- After-hours and weekend transfers
- Stretcher and bariatric requests accommodated
