In the shop

Maintained before there is a problem.

Mountain Valley Care runs its own full-service vehicle maintenance shop. Beyond weekday shop hours, a mechanic is on call 24 hours a day to answer questions and handle emergency service needs.

  • Preventive maintenance profile per vehicle
  • Pre-shift and post-shift inspection on every unit
  • Mechanic on call 24 hours a day
  • Cleanliness checked as part of the inspection

On the road

Staged where the calls come from.

Units are positioned strategically across Arizona rather than run out of one yard, which is what makes a rural pickup a scheduled route instead of a special request.

  • Spacious, comfortable cabins with tinted windows
  • Heating and air conditioning in every unit
  • All transports in smoke-free vehicles
  • Drivers in company-supplied uniforms
